Fountain school is one of the top rated schools in Kasama Northern province. Situated in central town, 1400 metres from the town centre due east we offer primary and preschool classes to pupils aged 2 years and above.
Our pre-school section is divided into baby class,Middle class and reception and new pupils are assessed and put in the suitable classes upon commencement. Advancement in these three levels is yearly, however exceptionally outstanding pupils in can move through all these levels within a period of two years. And infants seeming not fully ready to advance to the next stage are retained a little longer.
Single stream classes run from grade 1 to 7 with an exceptional double class for grade 1 pupils to consolidate learning efficiency and optimise pupil-teacher attention in order to create a strong foundation. We believe the age range of first graders (grade 1’s) is the most cardinal hence special and well-tailored learning package and criteria is used to groom children into smart intellects.
Classes run from 08:00 to 13:00 for all primary section pupils and 08:00 to 12:30 for pre-school section and special afternoon classes for upper grades up to 16:00 with full meals provided. A fully operational school bus takes pupils to school and back to their homes every day.
With over 200 pupils, we boast of being entrusted with the task of educating a larger percentage of the kids of the Province’s leading men and women. And having a serene environment for both learning and outdoor playing amongst the special facilities.
